We are working very closely with the Domaine de la BOUYSSE since their very 1st estate bottled 1998 Vintage. Nothing comes by chance. Martine PAGES and Christophe MOLINIER, both Oenologists, are very hard workers, constantly searching for the best possible expression of their various terroirs, some very old vines while keeping juiciness and harmony in their Southern wines. They also decided to make the big step toward ORGANIC convertion. An estate to keep an eye on!

While we did already presented both of their stunning and tasty Corbieres AOC ROC LONG & Cuvee MAZERAC Cru Boutenac several times to the WINE SPECTATOR, we suggested their Domaine de la BOUYSSE Red Vin de Pays d'OC for the very 1st time with the 2008. Good try!

Nov. 30th Issue: BEST VALUE: 2008 Vintage: "A minerally style, with plenty of beefy overtones to the dired cherry and berry flavors, followed by a peperry finish. Syrah, Grenache, Merlot and Carignan. Drink now. 5.000cs made" K.MARCUS 86Pts:
